I was recently challenged to find some Gluten Free Desserts for a friend.
It turns out that there is a large selection of desserts. Two of the more interesting ones were the Pumpkin Square and the Irish Potato Candy. It turns out that there are no potatoes in the potato candy. It is so named because it is supposed to look like a miniature potato.
