As a pastry chef and former bakery owner, I have always had an appreciation for well prepared and creative presentation of food. Using natural ingredients and listening to my customers’ needs, I enjoy preparing and presenting food that satisfies. Whether creating icing roses with individually sculpted petals, or rolling smooth fondant on a wedding cake to achieve the design requested by the bride, pride is taken in the end result. Satisfying and meeting the customer’s needs is the end goal. Food Photography is a way to capture the succulent, mouth-watering response to well-prepared food.
